Do NOT store an ISUCard on the back of your phone

Keep your ISUCard separate from mobile devices and wireless phone chargers to prevent card deactivation. There is a $25 replacement fee for damage caused by improper storage or non-normal wear.

Spend CyCash funds before Dec. 31

All existing balances must be used before the CyCash system on AccessPlus is deactivated on Dec. 31, 2023. Students who use the Department of Residence Laundry can add funds through the Speed Queen App. Contact the Department of Residence with questions (housing@iastate.edu, 515-294-2900).

  • Need your first ISUCard?

    Visit the ISUCard Office in 0530 Beardshear Hall during walk-in hours to get your photo taken and obtain your ISUCard. Appointments are not accepted. Bring your university ID number and a valid state or federal issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license.

  • Submitting your photo online?

    For new students only. Refer to your orientation materials for information on how to submit your photo online. ISUCards are available for pick up during orientation and at the start of the semester. Bring a valid state or federal photo ID.

  • Lose your ISUCard during the weekend?

    For building access, check out a temporary access card from your hall desk. Return ASAP when your ISUCard is replaced. To use a meal plan, download the GET app.
